As much as I like Hetalia, Scandinavia and the World, and as much as other people seeminingly have a like polandball (I personally don't see the appeal, but each to their own), I don't think these webcomics should get wrapped up in real politics, it takes away the fun, harmless feel of them.

I got back from Ukraine a couple of months ago. While i was there me and my girlfriend visited Chernobyl.I recommend it, learning what the liquidator teams and the mining teams had to do is absolutely ******* You need to login to view this link the first few hours of the explosion, the youngest on the shift were evacuated and the eldest stayed behind to control what they could, this involved wading through radioactive water to close water valves.

the european union isn't what it's cracked up to be. it slowly grinds member-countries down through community-valid (note that they are not legitimate, however) taxes, immigration tolerance, minority control, interpretable laws, state land theft and the list can continue. every country should exist outside fear of another and its nation (therefore, not all citizens) should just see to its own well-being without invading or intimidating others, for -what can be downsized to- money, power, and resources, which are primitive reasons. i don't live in ukraine but i know they had a lot of **** pumped up their ass by the ussr, and then by "democratic" russia. romania has been on a constant downfall since 1944 and joining nato in 2004 and the union in 2007 didn't help

Just to let you guys know, those ********* who "riot" in our capital Kiev, are nothing more then a bunch of ******* nazist, a bunch of ********* students who will do anything to skip uni(and they are doing it for 100-150 UAH aprox. 13-15 $) and couple of stupidest politics we have. And most of the sane population of Ukraine are against this ****** Act that does not have a single word written in it about UA joining EU.

Pic related this are the "kids" that were beaten by Berkut. The symbol on their armbands is Ukrainian nationalists ******** .
I try to keep my thoughts by my self but the amount of BS in western and especially EU media is ******* me off

Ukraine is divided close to 50/50 between Europhiles and Russophiles.

If the trade deal had gone through the Russophiles would have taken to the streets rather than the Europhiles.

While I am in favour of their underlying ideology, quite a few of my patriotic friends have used this occasion to "get back at Russia", as evidenced by the blatant vandalism that led to the demolition of the Lenin statue. I suppose it just goes to show how barbaric some people are, however much you endorse their fighting spirit.

TBH the whole Turkey/Ukraine joining EU is a bad idea.
The system works bad enough even without them and they are not going to ease the pain anyways (not that they are doing as bad as some EU countries but still) Trade agreements and and a lot of cooperation is a good idea though and hopefully it will come to that.

And I didnt even talk about how much trouble adding a new nation to EU causes, The immigrants coming all over the EU, we have to uphold their economy at some point anyhow and they don't actually give a **** about the big picture, they are joining just for moneys and protection.

With love: A fellow who thinks Estonia should be our eastern most country.

In one or two years these retarded Ukrainians will blame all their problems on the E.U. and want to leave it. And they'll kinda be right.
