Nah, putting cheese on a burger is a great way to ruin a burger, at least in my opinion. I like mine with no cheese, lettuce, tomato, some kind of pepper (bell or sweet, not hot) or pickles (depending on the pepper), and onions (grilled or raw, usually raw though, goes better with all the vegies). that s, if there isn't some kind of specialty burger available. (If I gotta go with cheese on a burger, I always gotta go with cheddar, shaper the better).

It doesn't ruin it necessarily, but a really good burger doesn't necessarily need cheese either. Great meat alone can be perfect by itself, but bacon/blue cheese is an awesome combo too.
