Norway produces 98–99% of its electricity from hydroelectric sources. And is in the top ten of the largest hydroelectric producers.

He means the comic indicates Norway mainly uses oil for electricity, which it does not.

norway may may produce 98%-99% of their electricity but that alone is not enough for the whole country so they import alot from coal and nuclear power plants in germany and france

We don't produce that much energy from Nuclear power plans any more.
In fact the last ones will be soon shut down.
But true, as long as Merkel rules, the coal industry will continue to mine and deface our country.
But neither Norway nor Germany import energy, Germany in fact exports energy, but not green energy.
And as long as our King Horst I. rules here in bavaria, wind turbines will be close to illegal.

They also sell much of their green electricity, as it is more profitable to buy electricity from other countries and sell what they produce.

Problem is that hydro-electric power is already maxed out. Norway is lucky to have been blessed by so many natural resources, most other countries need much more complicated energy sources to meet future demands for transport and electricity.
