No bullshit I caught Giratina in Diamond and Pearl by just throwing a pokeball at it, no damage, status, or anything, first turn regular ass pokeball. Now what happened next is gonna sound bullshit, but I swear it happened, I was on the DS lite when this happened while riding in a car, we hit a huge bump and my finger pushed the power button, FML.

I don't know why you're getting thumbs down. Shit like this happens. I caught Groudon in pokéball, granted it was weakened a little but I threw it as a joke and it caught it. As for the turning off, also plausible, I turned off my DS lite SO many times because of the stupid way it was operated, I always mistook it for volume.

I had something similar happen, but it was a shiny Raquaza. I said "fuck it, I will just throw a pokeball at the start and see what happens. I caught it, and I was really happy. then my game froze. Needless to say, I have not seen my ruby in years

Right so I'm gonna go on funnyjunk just to lie about catching a pokemon in a video game, ok. Anyway aren't capture rates for legendaries in diamond and pearl easier anyway? I read before that it was the same as catching a chatot but didn't know if it was true

The only reason I tried it though was because it was taking forever to try and catch him and I was frustrated, just said fuck it and threw the pokeball, could not replicate the results again though
