Stumbled across this old gem today

So i was cleaning my room and found some cool things, but when i was untangling the cables behind my desk, i found my old GBA charger. It reminded me of the special event GBA SP i got i while back so i decided to go find it. Eventually i gave up and kept cleaning my room, but when i pulled up my mattress to clean up under my bed, i found it right where i left it 7 years ago. it was tucked under one of my mattress support beams, where i hid it from my mom so i could play it at night.

I snapped my Gameboy Advance SP in half and threw it in the bin because it had a little permanent mark on the screen. Playing the games on my DS isn't the same

I miss my Gamboy.
Lost it moving years ago, kept the games, and can't sell them because of sentimental value

Why is this so highly thumbed? I keep both my SP and my Game Boy Colour on my desk.

Why is it such an unimaginable feat to have a Gameboy SP?

I still have my Red Game Boy.

Because a person today found something that a lot of us, as adolescents, stored lots of memories in. It was lost, and they found it, and are now reveling in the history they share with this object. And with this post, people are also remembering the memories they have with their respective Gameboy's, or even other consoles from their childhood.
Me, personally, I don't have my Tribal designed Gameboy SP anymore, I lost it at an airport, and now I feel a mixture of loss and nostalgia as I remember using the link cable to play with friends, playing at night under the covers thinking my parents couldn't see me (and not realizing at the time that the backlit screen gave me away) and various other bits of nostalgia I wish I could recollect by holding the actual object in my hands, and playing the same games I had with it.

i hope your battery pack hasnt swallen up like mine.
The battery was like twice the size it should be when i found mine .
And it was not the first time i saw that . My cousins Sp's were the same .
Seems after almost 10 years the battery couldnt last any longer . Go figure .

I had that exact same problem with my SP. I could set it down and spin it like a top it was so bloated.
