I think it would be better if there were damage numbers in pokemon, similar to TF2, when did a tackle or some shit it would show a little -32 or whatever.

there are fucking numbers under the healthbar! and seriously? how hard is it to see that a tackles does 1/3 of the enemies total health to then figure out you have to tackle them two more times to knock them out? i'm sorry but i just don't see the point in it.
at any rate, i apologize for the fuckwit remark, it's been a long day and i'm simply a bit cranky, it was my bad. shouldn't have blown up on you over it.

I talking enemy health, you just see a green bar, I've been playing Pokemon White for about 3 days now, I'm on the last Gym. and it's kind of annoying only being able to calculate your own health, but not see the enemies other than a green bar with no numbers.
Apology accepted, don't worry about it.

if you think about it tho it kind of makes sense that you wouldn't be able to calculate someones exact level of health just by looking at them yanno? i don't know, i just think it's funny how games have certain levels of "realism" in only certain regards, and then just say fuckit we'll make pigs fly in every other way imaginable. sometimes i think they do it just to fuck with people.
