I'm playing through platinum atm, ( never got round to it when it came out, only grabbed it now) and was derping around in a cave. Was walking towards the stairs to head to a pokecenter then BAM, shiny psyduck out of nowhere. :D. The cool thing is that this was my second shiny that day. The sad thing is, I wasn't able to catch the first ( a shiny bidoof) because it was during the early stage of the game where you can't catch pokemon :(.
