When it all ends, one last game should come out. you get to play with any style animation (old or new style, 2D or 3D, etc.), go to any region, and it has all the pokemon. at the end, you should be able to battle oak.

This is the only thing I´m waiting for what Pokemon is concerned.
All Regions + All Extra-Areas (Islands from Firered/Leafgreen, the Battle Tower, Mews Island, etc),
All Extras: Weather, Day/Night, Pokemon following you, Secret Bases, Underground, etc...maybe a Snap-Option ingame? Or Pokemon Trading Card Game ingame? (That Game did kick ass, pity they didn´t make one for the newer Generations)
All Pokemon + All Legendaries Accessible, without Cheats, Events, etc
Leveling possible up to 150 or 200 (necessary, if you want to travel all regions + Gyms/Arenas)
More Story. A big and complex Story, over all the World, meeting the Main-Charas of the previous Games, + the Evildoers, Professors, etc, some of the Legendaries included in the Main-story, ending in a great Battle.
In the Aftermath, a possible fight against Red/Ash like the one on the Mount Silver, but this time only when you got full Pokedex and him telling you that you now are the Pokemaster or something.
Tons of Secrets, extra-quests for the Legendaries, new secrets, maybe a solution for the question what the Icognitos were all about?
That game. God, I would pay as much as I paid for all the Games before for that Game. And more. Sorry for the Rant.

Pokemon are one of the biggest gametitles on the Gameboys and the DS already and you hardly find any game with more content than Pokemon or that you could have more time playing with.
And the new Pokemon game on the 3DS is even going to be in 3D.
Wanting all regions in one is stupid and impossible. That's like wanting a Zelda game like Skyward Sword and want to be able to visit all Zelda games areas from Zelda 1 to Twilight Princess.

Its a lot harder than you think to get that much data to run smoothly as a game. Its possible but it would take a lot of effort and file conversion and most of all, optimization.
Especially if the game world is to be that large, the amount of memory needed and optimization required would grow exponentially. You would need an incredible algorithm to handle it. One that would be able to both sort quickly and sort massively. As of right now, that doesn't exist. We only have algorithms to allow for one or the other.
