i havent played any forth or fifth gen, i just play the other 3 a lot , and are nice. should i even bother with 4 or 5?

ever since i used fast forward on my emulator i just cant play them on anything else, its just too slow

worse thing about this all is that if pikachu or charizard came out in the 5th generation you would all hate them

Alright my favorite Gen is 2nd and it will always be due to go over to Kanto and kick more Gym Leader ass. Seriously though on the side, I don't mind that there are more pokemon it's just that I hate it when they give a pokemon that doesn't evolve an Evolution form. Even then they give them an Evolution form they look pretty stupid and it doesn't want me to evolve them. But that's just my opinion you can say whatever you want and it's not going to change my mind.

I honestly liked every generation except the four. I really don't know why the pokemon in the generation really annoyed me and I didn't like the games :/

I loved 3rd gen, first one I ever played and my favorite storyline, characters, and the manga was great too.

i loved the first gen and the second and third were pretty awesome. the fourth and fifth were not as great, but the legendaries were cool.

I like the last gen. Every gen has the crap/annoying pokemon. Gigalith is one of my favroties from gen 5.

1st gen: Wow, this shit is awesome.
2nd gen: More Pokemon!? Oh god!
3rd gen: I didn't know there were still more Pokemon!
4th gen: 400-something Pokemon? That would take forever!
5th gen: Okay, enough is enough! Why are there so many goddamn Pokemon in this goddamn Pokemon game!? I'll be dead by the time I catch them all!

i think gen 2 was kinda stupid in my opinion, if you dont count tyranitar, lugia, scizor and feraligatr. all other gens are cool tho'

Here's how I think everyone should feel about pokemon
It has been about 16 years or so of pokemon and every generation had a new adventure and a new set of pokemon as well. Its not like the newer generations got rid of all the pokemon of the generation before it. If you like certain pokemon so much than you should have been transferring them to the newest one every new game.
And for everyone that hates the newer generations because they aren't the same as the first Generation, why would you drop 40 or so dollars on a game that you were going to do the exact same thing with almost no difference.

Not going to bash any game in particular for feeding gamers the same shit again

This was actually my favorite starter since Squirtle. Turtwig was also another favorite of mine, from the same generation.

People, please realize pokemon are not 100% original. Take a look at all generations and tell me the concepts and names are "creative".

They took a lot of hints in the next pokemon game. You aren't stopped after every town and there are lots of awesome pokemon early on.
