Dengeki Stryker is very different, but has intense feels. Took me a week to get over it and I didn't even get a waifu out of it.

Major downside is that the only pirated English copy online is a major pain to download, but I think it was worth it.

"Can't take it anymore" as in can't handle the feels again, or just boring because you've done it all?

A bit of both to be honest, more like... playing it through again i don't get the same feels as before because i know what's coming and i have a very good memory for story lines...

mmm true, I might do Shizunes route, cos i've never replayed that purely because i Had 0 feels throughout it and wont remember it that well, while I try "forgot" Lilly's Hanako's and Emi's.

or at least forget some details of it, every scene i don't remember makes it all the more better the rediscover.

Well since Clannad has already been suggested. I'll go with Tsukihime. It's not really that similar and it's based around supernatural themes. It's also pretty old. (2001) so the art isn't that good.

check out grisaia no kajitsu, it's pretty similar, you're the only dude in a school full of girls with problems, not physical handicaps tho

Clannad then Clannad afterstory. It's an anime, it takes some work to settle into but it will scar you emotionally

true route is with Nagisa and is the most emotionally scarring

Don't forget it's also a Visual novel just like KS.
I have it downloaded but I wont play it cause I don't have the will power to overcome what that thing did to me to begin with time to do so.
