Drifblim brings back memories. I used to have one in Black whom I called Floon because of Drifloon. She was the only shiny Pokemon I had ever found so she was yellow and pretty dashing. But during the Elite 4, she didn't do so well, and by the time I had finished off errything, I had this idea that maybe Floon was meant to fly free and not be held down by a silly Pokemon Trainer like I was. So I released her and pretended that she found a lady Jellicent and that they lived happily ever after.

Looking back on it, I was a really weird kid

Driftblim, the Blimp Pokemon.

Ghost/Flying type.

It's drowsy in daytime, but flies off in the evening in big groups. No one knows where they go. It carries people and Pokémon when it flies. But since it only drifts, it can end up anywhere. At dusk, swarms of them are carried aloft on winds. When noticed, they suddenly vanish. It can generate and release gas within its body. That's how it can control the altitude of its drift. They carry people and Pokémon, but the wind can catch them, so there can't be a fixed destination.

Why not just use Lampent. Its name has the world LAMP in it! Or Chandalure if you are intent on hanging it.

I don't like any of the Pokemon games past the first generation.

Also I never grew up with the Pokemon games.

It's a Pokémon called Drifblim that was released in generation IV; in Diamond and Pearl. It's a Ghost/Flying type with decent SP ATK and awesome HP.
