It's not like he got a really popular Pokemon, like Pikachu. If a girl happened to see it, she'd think it's a really cool dragon or serpent of some sort. Most girls (who are not into Pokemon) would not know that it is a Pokemon unless you told them.

Besides, by the artwork, you can tell it is some form of anime, and that is seriously limiting his chances. By that, I mean that he has essentially limited himself to ONLY those who know what Pokemon is, and I would bet a large majority of those have outgrown it, as he should have. Therefore, they will not be interested.
TL;DR: Actually, ONLY Pokemon fans would be willing because anyone can recognize anime. However, a very small percentage even at that would likely be willing. Thus, virginity still protected... not to mention the sweet neck-beard.

ajewperson (11/22/2012) [-] I do apologize for the immaturity of that comment, the neck beard thing got me, I don't have a neck beard =(. anyway though, i'm not really worried about what the majority of the female population thinks of this tattoo, I know plenty of ladys who love pokemon just as much as I do, and I already have a wonderful gal.
