Hyperbeam on Slaking is really good though... One shots most things.

It depends what game though, as Slaking is better for physical attacks, and in the later games, hyper beam was changed to a special attack (although giga impact was added to be a physical equivalent)

Who knows, I never picked up pokemon again after emerald. But Slaking with hyperbeam is too good, you can glide through the elite 4 easily

Everybody that replied to this so far is retarded.
He's pointing out:
1. There is no "Earth" Type.
2. Charizard does not know Hyper Beam in the Card Game.
3. No Pokemon uses Hyper Beam in the card game.

How you all went into your favorite tactics is beyond me.

You got number 1 right, but for 2 and 3 I was pointing out that Hyper Beam is a terrible move for any Pokemon to use.

Hyper beam on a Venasaur worked out pretty well for me when I played Diamond.

So... three turns to use one move? Sounds like a good plan. Why not just use a Slaking and go all the way?
User avatar #98 to #16 - isradam (09/11/2013) [-]
You mean 2 turns... use one of those moves first and then the attack
