There's no difference besides petty semantics with word games and colloquial nonsense, because the accused is already presumed innocent in a criminal trial until they are proven guilty. George Zimmerman was innocent as charged, they failed to prove his guilt, therefore the presumption of innocence remains. In the eyes of the law, it is not really any different from a "declaration of innocence."
