Minigun before most recent patch = Slowed you down because it's a BFG
Mods for a minigun = Slightly faster for less ammo
Update = 'LMGs no longer have a movement reduction'
Minigun counts as LMG = No movement reduction
Mods still give speed boost = Heaviest gun in game is fastest now
