Prophet would have had to have called 911 then be redirected to the closest medical facility in his area where an ambulance would go to his house and the people escorting him their would give him a "scale of 1-10 pain ratio"
I got bit by a Brown Recluse Spider and my arm was in excruciating because the venom spread quickly. Its like forcing your entire hand down a garbage compactor.
I was in the hospital for 4 HOURS in the ******* waiting room. There were people in their who had been their longer than I have and had been in violent car accidents beforehand. A man flew out his window and completely shattered his neck beyond repair and was told to WAIT in the waiting room

He's scheduling an appointment at a clinic, which means he'll be going to them when his appointment date comes up.

My best friend was in a (non-life threatening) motor cycle accident, and got checked out when 30 minutes of arriving at the hospital, which was packed at the time.
