Didn't tie say that for a while he couldn't draw because something happened either with his computer or he was living at a different place for a while or something? He posted something new not too long ago, so he could still be posting more in the future, why would he stop?

I don't have anything to add to that. this community remembers him as 'that' guy, and he's trying his best to shake that off. now he responded like that in order not to alienate fans, and I feel bad for outing him a little bit , but the truth remains that he won't be using those characters ever again.
