On paper this should be funny, but I feel it somehow falls flat. There's a single subversion when bumps is misinterpreted as boobs. It doesn't feel funny or unexpected enough to me.

Maybe it would be funnier if you condense the first two panels into one, and have yet another unexpected subversion in a new third panel. Perhaps the cop is talking about just the bumps she suffered, but since he's mentioned it she's been running around flashing everyone or something.

As an aside what is with showing a weird grey head shot at the end? It doesn't add anything to the joke.
