I don't know if it takes no effort since it's always something I've had issues with, but they should've spent the time they studied shading to actually practice drawing. Why does everybody make it look so easy

Some just use the dodge/burn tool.
Some just slap a light dot or parts in the middle of the picture to give it depth.
And some just try to copy the latest tutorial so they can only shade in one direction with the same color.
It actually shows when someone is just randomly trying stuffs to shade.
