Too bad video games are for loser virgins, like 95% of this site. If you want to experience life, quit being such a faggot and actually go live instead of claiming "immortality" when your REAL world body will die, retard.

I suggest going to reddit or tumblr if you want some motivation. Sure, this place is funny, but those sites are far more developed as a community and they will help you WAY more than this cancerous place.

There's been a few games in the last couple of years which are actually more thought-provoking than your average movie (maybe even than your average 'good' movie).


E.g:

Talos Principle - Gameplay successor to Portal, explores various phillosophical themes regarding the nature of consciousness, existence. References to Nietzsche, William Blake, Phillip K. Dick,... The main plot is an analogy to a gnostic interpretation of Genesis 2.

SOMA - Frictional games latest release (AFAIK). Dark, atmospheric horror adventure, its main topic is the relationship of consciousness and life (and death) and whether life can be simulated by artificial intelligences. Among others, it features some buddhist themes/ideas (anatta) through a scifi lens.
