This is comic used rage faces, post it in a channel for rage comics.

I'm sorry. but about 30% of the comics on this channel use ragefaces.
What matters is the concept.

Yes, the do use rage faces, because they do not read the rules, just like you obviously didn't.
Captianwow and other comic makers like myself are tired of seeing this channel being infected with the rage face cancer.
The concept does matter, but when you use rage faces, it loses almost all of it's creativity.

sorry, that last message was needlessly angry. the problem is, there isn't a channel for OC rage comics. there's a channel for rage comics, and one for OC: but a lot of rage comics on that channel are reposts, so that's why people still post rage comics on the oc comics channel. it's not really anybody's fault, and I value the thought I put into this comic.

If there isn't a channel for OC rage comics, make it. I made a channel for OC comics, not OC Rage comics. It's depressing to see what gets posted on this channel, seeing as this isn't at all what it was made for.

I think the channel description needs to be clear that this isn't for rage comics. OC ones or otherwise.

Look, this wouldn't be that bad if your argument was better than "everyone else is doing it".
I'm sure you put a lot of thought into this comic. I should know, I used to make rage comics myself, but it would be more respectful if you would just put it where it belongs.

I don't understand why everyone is so worked up about this. Well, I do. you guys are upset that people are using this channel in a different way than you originally conceived it for. but it's not something you can change once it's in motion. it's like trying to 'remove a picture from the internet'. you laugh at those who are offended at a certain kind of content and want it to disappear, and yet you pretty much behave the same way. that sounds hypocritical to me.

if people patently misunderstand the mission statement of your channel, you should have made it clearer.

It was made very clear in the channel description. People just don't take the time to read it.

may I suggest you stop using the word OC. it has a very specific meaning you seem to disregard. OC simply means the author came up with the idea: if your channel is different, just use a different word.

And how are rage comics OC?

..because of the idea behind them. that's what OC means. seannessy, to name one, makes very funny comics and they are OC.

you're deliberately misunderstanding what I'm saying. it's how you use rage faces, in what context. some of your best OC comics have stick figures.

No, but they are drawn and stylized differently so that they're not mistaken from someone else work.
Real OC cannot be mistaken for another person's.

When you automatically get positive feedback, just because it uses rage faces, that is pretty much cancer.

It matters to everyone else who actually works on drawing and writing original content.
Even some of the people who have used rage faces on this channel have apologized for doing it, because they realized that this isn't the place for it.

It's not that hard to post in the correct places, man.
This isn't rocket science.
If you want to overuse Rage faces, just post on 9Gag.
