If not, the wand would be useless to you, seeing as it's the elder wand. I has to be won from the current owner in a duel before it works properly for you, and you can't win a duel if you're not a wizard.
Also, I don't know whether the Green Lanterns ring would work unless you're a Green Lantern. Personally, I'd go with the pokeball, as I think pretty much anyone can be a pokemon trainer, and any pokemon would beat any non-pokemon thing, I reckon.

still wand if it was a charmander i would be tempted cause what would be cooler than flying around on a fire dragon instead i would spend time researching what spell to create a charmander,a system to contain it and how to make myself invisible.

No seeing that the dragon is not all powerful and is unable to create or unmake things that are beyond its power. So creating other universes or bringing things into the world when they were nothing would most likely be out of his power.
