~Morbid-Channel guidelines~

Yes, like ponytime, we have guidelines here now*. I'm posting them as content so any who browse the channel's page will see it. Yes, you can ignore them and be a douche about it. But, for the few who wish to post something that fits the channel's original point:

Morbid-Channel guidelines:

1.) What constitutes "morbid"? Morbid in this channel means anything that is dark, chilling, creepy, terrifying, ominous, menacing, or related to the culture behind horror novels and movies. If you're going to post, try to hit one of these general themes or feelings.

2.) Gore. Gore is a touchy subject because it's NSFW but that section will not have it. That said, gore can be posted here but for active morbid posters, don't make it the majority of your posts. Also: It'd be very kind to the rest of the FJ community to give a generous amounf of white space before the actual gore with a warning of the image further down.

3.) If posting artwork, a video, or creepypasta with known author, please give credit to the original artist if it is not you.

4.) Humor. Humor is welcome in the channel but it would be preferred that active posters keep a good majority of their posts on the more serious side. Also, if you're going to post something funny: An actual joke poking fun of horror or a scary subject is welcome but content ridiculing the channel itself is not.

5.) Single pieces of artwork are accepted but a compilation would be preferrable.

6.) Truly scary commodities aren't the most common thing on the internet so if you're going to post something, make sure it hasn't been posted many times before.

7.) Just enjoy, friend.
