I know this feeling. This right here is the reason I can never sleep on my back.

I'm not sure why it happens to me, but I have sleep paralysis and lucid dreams at least 5-6 times a month.

The only thing is when I have sleep paralysis, it's happened so much that I just close my eyes and think of good things which usually just makes me fall asleep again.

And when I have a lucid dream, It's like I know it's a dream but I can't control it for some reason, I even try to change the color of a wall or something but I can't.

The reason sleep paralysis happens is that your body paralyzes you to make sure you don't end up acting out your dreams. The trick is, though. If you ever have sleep paralysis, hold your breath. It'll wake your body up.
