I deleted my facebook in rage of so many, 'lik dis if u luv jesus our saviur N' ignor if u dont'' posts...
But then i remembered i used facebook to keep in touch with alot of friends i left behind when i moved so i reactivated it. doing so gave me a timeline automatically... My jimmies were pretty rustled.

Timeline has yet to 'infect' me. I'm one of the lucky ones left who still have the regular facebook layout. I'm dreading the day it's forced upon us all.

Every day. Every damn day I saw that awful, dehumanising, biblical plague take the ones I loved.

It was slow at first, just like we all were in actually getting off our asses and doing something about it. It was only once the profiles of friends, lovers and family members became incoherent messes of text and line that we up and gave a shit.

They fought it...at first. Clutching to their hearts the shallow hope that liking this page or signing that petition would keep them safe from the horror. They fought, but like we all were before it came, they got helpless. Sucker-punched by the terms and conditions, or having their own freedom of choice ripped from their hands by the all-greedy Zuckerburg.

I've stayed alive as long as I have because, much like the deformed excuses for profiles I'm forced to bear witness to every day, the virus took what humanity I had left. I existed on the out-skirts. I was isolated, sure, but that also meant isolation from the screams, the guilt...the horror.

Should anyone find this message, for the love of God stay safe, stay out of the way, and don't try to find me, for I have moved on with what little time I have left. As much as I wanna believe the whispers that Chrome can save us all, I know it's only a matter of time before I turn. And when that day comes, when Zuckerburg should extend his cruel hand or I get careless when reading the fine-print that says an app will give me Timeline, I only want to be responsible for one senseless turning.

It told me that everyone was going to be put on timeline on may 1st, so I decided to take my own life instead of letting Facebook have the pleasure of doing so..... those..... THOSE SONS OF BITCHES LIED TO ME

I didn't realize what timeline was until I got it...I thought it was some sort of app at the time...I regret my decision greatly
