double homicide 911 call (disturbing)

This guy's name is Jake Evans, a 17 year old that lives in Texas. He murdered his mom and sister then called 911. His eerily calm tone is the most disturbing thing about this video, I guess he was a normal guy who just suddenly snapped. I was surprised how it took the cops so long to get there considering the nature of the crime. This happened just last week. I won't be surprised if they give him the insanity plea because this is just insane.

He doesn't sound emotionless, he sounds stunned and not sure what to do.

It is a very sad thing that happened. But you have to keep in mind that brains work in various ways. You can tell that he wasn't emotionless, but like thelonelyfeel said, he was in shock. Look at his picture. you can tell he was in shock, and his voice was a bit shaky. the way that the dispatcher talked to him was very nice to hear in that situation. She kept calm, and she kept him calm.

I did some research on this and found out why it did in fact take so long. Aledo, TX has a contract with Parker County Sheriffs Office which is located nearly 22 miles away which is about a 35 minute drive which the closest sheriff may have been a couple miles closer or further away.
In my opinion, no one deserves to be depressed or homicidal, but it happens and some really are insane, and some abuse it. He knows he didn't have to kill them but your brain is like a computer, there are wires that are unplugged or are missing, and that's what makes them act a certain way, and that's why people go through therapy and go to psychiatrists.
I hope they find out what made him shoot them (other than the fact that they were constantly arguing) and fix him, and hopefully when (if) he gets released, he won't do it again.

This is my opinion though, so I understand if you completely agree or disagree.
the picture is the distance from his house to Parker county.
