I was hoping for it to bite him at some point, it would've been hilarious.

I actually dont know much about them, but I am curious, what would happen if one like this were to bite a person? Serious question, because a friend of mine had a brother who owned one, but his brother moved out before I could ask him. Thanks!

Tarantula's venom is weak, if one where to bite you it would not kill you. Its more like a wasp or bee sting than anything else. More over it would probably just flick/rub barbed hairs into your skin, it does this when it feels threatened. No offense or any thing, but you could have just looked this up.

No offense taken, I've read and seen that they send the hair out, which really messes with peoples eyes and nasal canal, but I have also seen videos of these things taking down small birds and all that, so I wasn't really sure if it was like a snake giving a dry bite, not injecting anything harmful.

I know they're not venomous but they do however still have the ability to bite with their large fangs...
