seen it happen before several times
when the vehicle stops suddenly, any cargo that's bulky and unable to be completely strapped down will shift forward. Stuff like those cable spools or logs will shift forward into the semi and kill the driver. It's common for old semi's without a rear metal guard to have logs shoot through the back of the semi and completely destroy the cabin and engine block leaving nothing intact. For a driver like the one in the gif to stop is suicide and he must have known it. Remember that when you are driving near a semi
