Imagine how that would feel to you? Just sitting there at your PC, when suddenly a warm, slimy wriggling sensation interrupts your thought process. You try blinking, but it doesn't go away, and then you see a bold thick line crawl across, and that's when you realise you have a worm parasite in your eye.

There's nothing you can do but cope with the tickly, itching feeling. You want to dig your eye out, you want to gouge it and kill that damn worm, but it keeps on wriggling, the pain is becoming unbearable, you're losing your sanity as you thrash about rubbing your eye sore, and blinking like crazy. Even closing your eye doesn't help, you can still see it moving amongst the black reddish space. You're banging your head against the desk, rubbing your eyelid sore, poking and digging into your socket wishing it would go. The one itch you'll never reach.
