Guy comes home thinks his boyfriend is in bed and snuggles up to him but it isn't the boyfriend. Basically a sexier version of "who was phone" and oddly enough a recurring nightmare I have.

That's not too far off from a Quite Please storyline where a typewriter comes alive and anything it writes becomes true. I think the episode was called "The Character"
