Happy Friday the 13th! Remember to avoid sex, camping, and drugs FunnyJunk! Now that Halloween has come and passed it's time to turn our attention to the flesh of birds. Every time I write stories with twists everyone complains. When I write stories without twises everyone complains. At this point I just write stories for myself and happen to share them with you all.

Absolutely but it isn't a strong business model for someone hoping to make a living as an author. Art is art and bread is bread. They feed different things and one day I hope they become the same but I have to stay pragmatic until I'm offered that luxury.

do what you love, and spend time on it. become the best. whether or not you think nobody understands you, or whatever, there WILL be people with interests that line up with your own. those people will love your work. YOUR work. your work that is the best you can produce because you love what your doing.

We'll see. The thing is the recognition exists in two sentences not three. Just like in six word stories not seven. Adding to it would only bring out the trolls to focus instead of on their quality on what makes them different. Likewise this is the medium I'm choosing to work with and I'm going to keep trying to make it work. For the record I do have some new different stuff lined up by popular demand in the works but I'll be doing two sentence stories into the foreseeable future. Thank you for the feedback though! I always appreciate when people write thoughful comments!

Started listening to it. Love Mr. CreepyPasta but this is a LONG one. Normally I go for my spoops <20 minutes each. Will comment more when I've finished it. Thanks for the link though!
