There's a difference between a 20 mph knock down and a full force impact of a 70 mph slam. On top of that, there's a pretty big difference between being hit by 5 cars and standing back up and being hit by 5 cars and being able to kick another fully grown man's ass. Have you ever tried to beat the **** out of a guy your size? Imagine doing that while you have multiple broken ribs he could hit dead on for significantly more pain, and possibly stabbing them into your lungs. Hell, he could probably just make it a war of attrition and the adrenaline keeping you going would just fade with time and the overwhelming pain from being hit by cars 5 times would just take over and drop you. Also, the cars were going in reverse, so it's not like they topped their speed out. Hell, one of them looked like he could have just hopped on top of the car at the speed it was going at.

Black people that watch anime (went to a 6A high school in Mississippi, so I'm an expert on the matter) tend to have different modes, with almost all of them having a white mode and a black mode. A majority of these people have a default setting of white mode, but can be triggered by things such as ***** moments to enter their black mode. Within these states of black mode, there are indeed things that can temporarily trigger white mode as well, such as the need to refrain from speaking for any reason, the realization of the presence of white (on the inside) girls (as they tend to use their white mode in an attempt to attract these girls), the need to apologize for anything, or the presence of authority figures. In the case of discussion or presence of anime, the activation of white mode or black mode seems to vary from one individual to another.
The individual from the video seems to be the standard anime-watching negro. Default setting is white, but at the sound of violence, he enters black mode in order to film the scene. He then takes a pause from speaking in order to spit, thus entering white mode, wherein he feels the desire to apologize for the interruption of his speech, and then once again enters black mode given the continuation of the nearby violence.
Bear in mind, there are outlying cases of anime-watching negroids that have what we researchers call a "blackness slider" instead of modes, and some that don't seem to have variation at all, and exhibit solely white or black behavior.
