idk if theres a channel filter yet, I dont keep up to date on this site's updates, but posts appear randomly, regardless of what channel theyre in.

Considering it looks like a city block, it might be that they hadn't seen anyone coming if they had looked for cars, and the car traveling quickly got their before they could tell. They were probably conversing, adding more distraction. And granted I might be wrong, do people really deserve to get so hurt over one bad decision?
