But to your question i don't really have regrets that i smoke. i enjoy it, it relieves stress, it doesn't have a downside on short therm. you don't get intoxicated or agressive wich you do with alcohol, but no1 has a problem with that. 100000 accidents with fatal injuries caused by drunk drivers, but no, smoking is bad mmmmkay.

I'm in means saying you are one of these smokers but one of the reasons I don't like smokers is the fact that some can be inconsiderate to those who don't smoke.

This being blowing smoke in my face. intentionally or unintentionally, it suck having to smell and breath second hand smoke. I know there are factors that smokers can't control but some smokers have to consider that people around them don't like smoke blown into their face in a crowded area.

Yes there are a lot of inconsiderate people in the world. I can name a few pet peeves that the stupid do to make me want to slap them. My previous comment was to clarify the situation in which I can't avoid the smoke but the smoker insists on blowing it. And to avoid smoking areas would mean I should not go out at all. I'm not sure where you live but in the city outside smoking is allowed. Telling me to not go to areas where smoking is allowed is not an option. Again it seemed that you were a bit pansy about this.

You said your solution wasn't correct however you based your argument on the assumption that I said you shouldn't smoke at all, which is not what I said or implied. All I said was that sometimes it's not the right time to light a cig and then nonchalantly blow it in someone's direction. I never said don't ever smoke ever in public, ever. Again you misunderstood what I said. I'm coming from the perspective of being in the city and when there is a large crowd where the person (non-smoker) CAN'T move out of the way. You've been reading my comments as if I want you not to smoke at all and I am not telling you not to at all. And I never said it was a solution just a suggestion that in a high trafficked and congested walkway that isn't avoidable isn't always the best time to smoke. I for one if I don't like the smoke I walk to the side, walk ahead or slow down.

However when I can't cause I am stuck in a crowd and have no manoeuvrability at all then there I hope that smokers don't decide it's the opportune time to light a cig and start blowing the smoke. I do tend to avoid crowds but it's not possible to always do so in the city.
