NOTHING IS WRONG WITH SLEEP PARALYSIS....its actually a gateway to lucid dreaming ! :D you can leave your body and explore and have 100% dream recall...if anyone wants to learn how to lucid dream speak with me ...my mom taught me when i was 11 *too scared back then and couldn't handle it* however i have it mastered .....
I naturally have sleep paralysis and have semi-lucid dreams (I can't control anything in the dreams besides myself), can you give my some tips to increase my control of dreams/making them occur?
Also, if anyone has sleep paralysis questions, throw em at me.
obviously coming in late here but i too have also wondered about lucid dreaming and look about it time to time and tried it too. i have a journal about dreams i have, (not sure if that helps at all after reading what you said), but then read peoples stories on other posts and i didnt want to touch it, but reading your summary guide i fell 100% more confident and i find it a very interesting topic. And you said your mom taught you? xD thats also interesting. i also want to say thanks for the vids and to hopfully hop back on the post and discuss it further
have you ever felt your dream become just a little "too" real? :)
im 16 now..but when i was like 15 i used to lose control of the dream and when i lost control i would picture monsters and stuff.....i would tell myself " okay you're losing it...don't think about scary ****...." then scary **** would pop up :( so i would be so scared i would wake up and not wanna sleep again....its almost like getting high..you have to remind yourself " I am high and thats why this is happening " lol as long as you keep in the little pocket in your brain that its a dream....you're good ..but i actually just practice fighting in my dreams...i put time in slowmotion and make sure there is no gravity... then i fight ...jumpin off of walls ....changing locations just by saying "BAHAMAS...." or "HOME !" and my mind would switch the scenery...but the rookie thing to do is think about sex and just lucid dream about sex.....its awesome ..but you might nut in your pants ..be careful...ugh you didn't even ask for all of this..im just so excited other people know about lucid dreaming im just rambling...you're probably not even reading this far.....i could say anything right now *its late and im rambling* i could say my most personal secret...and no one would read it because its to ******* long...hmmm *RABBITS* i wonder how it would feel to eat out a zebra ......do zebras get periods? mabye i should google this ****....ugh now im just typing just to type....i wan't to run out of characters............trying to occupy space with these ******* dots..........only 500 left....well 486 now.....so erm..hows life man...if you got this far you are ******* awesome......uhhhhh one day i was ******* this girl....and i spit in her ass and rubbed it in " *because thats what happens in pornos*" and she groaned in moaned..but the next day she told her friends i "ATE" her ass ??? Eat out a zerba? O.o Anyway. I'm having quite a problem, mind helping? I can't paralyze my body. For example, I would put my hands by my side, lay completely still. Nothing, so I give up and fall asleep, but then I would drift off and daydream really deep, and when i would come back, I'm beginning to be paralyzed. This has happened around 3 times, all the times I'm on my stomach. Also, when on my back, I would drift, come back, drift, come back. When I come back, I pay attention to my breathing, which then i accidentally disturb the pattern it's in, which makes me think I mess it up. MY POINT: Kinda want to know your techniques on how to enter it properly. Thanks in advance.
See....heres the problem..... you are trying to "manually" do it by controlling when your body wants to sleep...I do it when i am exhausted so making my body fall asleep isn't even considered a worthy challenge.....all i have to do is keep my mind awake by daydreaming...... if you're on break from school....try breaking day and staying up a long ass time....then lay down ....your body will be so "exhausted" that your body will fall asleep faster than your mind...so when you close your eyes you will wake up and you will be paralyzed...trust me it just happens...
