Anyway, Cannibal Island's pretty fucked up if you don't like confirmed footage of animal killings and rumored footage of actual human death.
Then The Human Centipede 2 is just fucking disgusting. I got through the first one just fine and that's because it was less grounded in reality. Wealthy, maniacal doctor, model-looking victims -- it didn't have an air of legitimacy, it was just too made up, I guess. But the second one ... ugh. The main character is this mentally handicapped English dude whose father raped him as a fucking infant and whose creepy ass psychiatrist wants to stick his withered rod in his Downy ass. The main characters, the setting -- they look like real dudes, not fucking Hollywood stars. There are some very gussied-up women and white collar dudes, but then when they're kidnapped and stripped, the scenes are shot in a way where their bodies are completely disillusioned. It looks so gritty. The once beautiful women are made to look plain and rough. It's almost like the flick is a satire against the original movie, criticizing its over-the-top villain with a much more relatable, disturbing one. Ugh. Again, I didn't even finish the movie, I stopped maybe halfway through. I didn't even get to the construction of the second centipede. The characters and the cinematography are what made it disturbing more than anything else. Fucked up.

If you like games, try Amnesia: the Dark Descent. That scares most people who don't get scared.

Hey, dude, I'm a major horror fan, so I've read throug basically all the comments, and I'm dissappointed that most people just recommend disturbing movies or tame semi-horror thrillers.
If you REALLY want to be frightened, watch "A Tale of Two Sisters". The only move I can't sit through in one go. Another classic is Ringo (the original "The Ring"), but it's a slow burner. If you want violence, coupled with a good story, watch "I Saw the Devil". It's brutal, but not at all scary (it's not horror). If you're only into american movies, "Insidious" is surprisingly good.
Could you do me a favor? If you find something really scary, could you write me a PM telling me? That would be awesome.I'm always on the look for something spooky!

The Notebook. The thought of watching that again scares the shit out of me.
