As commendable as it is that the doctor is standing up for his co workers, i still think he went too far by physically assaulting that guy. Working in a clinic is probably as bad as working in retail in terms of dealing with patients/customers, and doctors and nurses should be able to handle that kind of verbal abuse without getting violent. Now this poor guy who drained 8 years of his life in med school is probably going to get his license revoked and might be facing jail time, damn shame.
