TL;DR
Dude attempts suicide by jumping off the 10th floor.
There was a safety net on the 8th floor, so he probably wouldn't have died.
While falling, he got shot by the resident of the apartment on the 9th floor.
The dude that pulled the trigger was arguing with his wife and pointed the gun at her.
No big deal, he does this all the time with an unloaded gun. He didn't know the gun was loaded.
His son was aware of this kidding around with the unloaded gun, so he loaded the gun a few weeks prior.
He wanted his mom dead and his dad in jail because they cut him off financially.
Here's the kicker! The son of the man who pulled the trigger was the man who jumped off of the building!
Anyway, the judge's reaction was like, "you're all fucking idiots. who points a gun at their wife?!"
Then I skipped without thumbing and got some Coca Cola from downstairs.

That is a toughy, I would say a mix between Suicide and accidental manslaughter.
So it's a Transferred Malice case with a victim twist, very nice.
This is exactly the sort of thing I need to be looking at on Funnyjunk with my Unit 1 Law exam on thursday :L
