The Zombines are saying the last moments of their deaths in sporadic statements. They say infestation...overrun...breach and other things, but the pitch is adjusted way down so it sounds incomprehensible.

Well I certainly wouldn't put Half-Life 2 into the horror
genre. It's more of an action shooter with a horror level.

yes and no, half life 2 isint online and doesn't involve a portal gun, is a whole single player game

Never owned a console, but played it co-op with a friend ones. Feely times.

Here's the list of HL games I got when I bought Valce Complete Pack 6 or 7 years ago:

Deathmatch Classic is HL1 dm.
Lost Coast is a 'teaser' they released for people who preordered HL2.
Source is an upgraded texture pack for HL.
Blue Shift is HL1 where you play as Calhoun.
Opposing Force is where you play as one of the soldiers who were left for dead in HL1.

Gordon Freeman, Calhoun and The Soldier (I can't remember his name) is actually 3 characters in HL1, but Calhoun was so popular that he reappeared in HL2. I don't know about The Soldier.

The only similarity with TF2 is the engine the game runs on.

Valve should finish the multiple series they started, first.

The Ravenholm bit WAS a horror section.

Really, the whol game has horror elements, like the striders.
