silent hill any day. anyone who chooses it should know that the town manifests your internal demons and conflicts. no internal demons/conflicts = no problem. i'm chill as ****, i'd just walk on through.

TL:DR if you don't give silent hill any fuel for spooking you, your jimmies will remain forever unrustled

the monsters in silent hill only exist to you if you've done something horrible. it's actually a big vacation town. the radiation would kill you if you went to Raccoon City.

*Silent Hill 2 spoiler(and fun fact) alert*

James Sunderland killed his wife who was dying of an illness in the hospital, by snuffing her with a pillow, and then (according to the creator) took her dead body, wheeled it out to the car, then drove her to see Silent Hill again, because in her note she left for him she said he had promised to bring her back there.

I knew that. :D I don't play much silent hill but my friend is addicted to it (And fatal frame.)
Pyramid head is a figment of James Imagination.
Personally my faveroute game series is AC.
Second is RE3 & 4.
I love the Free-running/Combat sandbox kinda system in AC.

Every monster is a physical manifestation of their psychological problems. Pyramid Head is a representation of James' Aggressive Masculinity, and his secret want to be hurt/punished for what he did.

What's Hinamizawa?

A village depicted in When They Cry or, in original Japanese, Higurashi no naku koro ni. The residents are resilient and resourceful people rich in tradition. Every year they partake in the cotton drifting festival, or Watanagashi, where they ball up cotton or old clothes and send them floating down a river, representing their hardships or sins washing away. The flora/fauna is lush and diverse, however the area itself is famous for a particular cicada with a "mournful cry."

Hinamizawa Syndrome is a parasite-like disease that spreads through all the citizens of the village of Hinamizawa in Higurashi no naku koro ni. The disease is explained differently in the various stories of Hinamizawa, but only it's origin seems to remain shaky. The disease comes into effect when people are under a lot of stress, or if they leave the village. When the disease comes into effect, people go berserk and think that everything around them are out to get them, and will eventually begin to scratch at themselves (specifically around their neck) in an attempt to dig out 'maggots' until they eventually claw their own throats out.

TL;DR A village of about a thousand people with a disease that makes you go ******* insane if under heavy (or constant) stress, or if you leave. Of course, if you enter this infects you too.

Silent Hill. I think going there would be a life changing experience. If you do go there, its because there's something you need to know, see, or come to terms with. I also think it would be awesome.
