Dolls

>Mom collects dolls
>Buys one that she says looks like me as a kid
>Names it Victoria, what she would've named me if I were a girl
>Mom goes out of town a few weeks after christmas
>First night after she leaves, have to unplug christmas tree lights that we have yet to take down
>Forgot the doll was on a chair, next to tree, next to outlet lights are plugged into.
>Didn't realize the tree was only thing providing light to the room
>Reach for plug
>Make eye contact with doll
>Pull plug
>Pitch black
>Hand slapped with porcelain
>NOPE
>Run to room for the night
>Next morning throw doll in mom's closet for duration of her absence.
