so with the introduction of the morbid channel I decided to try sharing some of
my stories with the community that' s giving me so many laughs and chills.
I was exchanging some stories with friends when my housemate shared this one
about his new girlfriend.
She was driving home along one night (as these stories usually start) and things
were fine as she charted along the narrow country roads that cover our N. .
After a while she came across something totally unexpected. An infant' s push-
pram (stroller) was placed in the middle of the road. abviously she couldn’ t just
ignore it because not only could it have a child in it... it was blocking the road.
Forced from her vehicle she walked over to find the pram empty, so she pushed it
into a hedge at the side of the road.
From here she got back into her car and continued home. minute later her
nerves were wrecked again as a car sped up to her rear and started sounding its
horn and flashing its full beams. She was planning to ignore it and when there
was enough room she moved over so the car could overtake. The did not overtake
and instead continued to tailgate her. It was at this point she began to become
truly terrified because she looked into her side mirrors to see young men leaning
out the windows shouting at her vehicle while hitting her rear bumper.
She phoned her father to tell him what was happening and he told her to stay on
the line while he phoned the police from his mobile. He told her that they would
be waiting at the end of the road.
When she reached the end the police were waiting. They stopped the two cars
and approached the car with the youths. One of the officers, infuriated, demands
what do you think you lads are up to scaring a young girl like that?' one of the
men answered in a flustered hurry 'officer, we were just coming round the corner
and saw some man run out of the hedge and jump in her boot before she got in.'
At this everyone froze. The officers upholstered their sidearms and opened the
boot. Inside was an unidentified man who was arrested on the spot.
As far as I am aware she was never told who the man was. So perhaps the police
could not identify him or had other reasons for not tell her or her family his
This is just one of the few stories I have to share, all for trues.
