We used to have (in kuwait) 777, now it changed to 112. I think yes most countries use 3 digits.

I want to crack a joke or something, but I can't think of anything good, so I'll just thank you I thought about making a joke about Brazilian police but for every person who says they're ridiculously brutal there's another who points out just how bad crime can be in certain parts so I don't wanna anger people

They really are abusive, but it's completely acceptable, because this country is sinking in crime.
Sometimes, I wish they were a little bit more aggressive, actually.
