The top portion of that picture is rheumatoid arthritis. Interestingly enough, you can get it at any age. I'm 19 and it's beginning to set in.

Two options: let it slowly pull apart joints until surgery is the only thing left that will restore function...or get IV infusions of immune system-squashing drugs combined with low-dose chemo that hike up chances of death by cancer, opportunistic infection, or organ failure with each passing year (with the hope the damage will stop.)

Don't ever take your hands and feet and knees and motion for granted.

I can imagine it slightly, I have a disease, that if I remember it correctly. It causes all the muscles in my chest to swell up, including the ones around my ribs. This actually causes my ribs to stab my muscles as the swell. Rather that's exactly what happens or not, all I know is when it does happen it fucking hurts like hell.

Well there IS a disorder called "Hyperdontia" that causes you to have extra teeth in weird places in your mouth. But it doesn't cause nearly as much as this picture. It's actually the effects of an SCP. As for the picture itself, yes, it is shopped.
