ive actually done this trick before, and its not really that hard. most of it is the prep work before it, and the second half with happen whether you like it or not.

pretty much poke a hole in your skin. take some string and stick it in the hole (while youre bleeding, pussy!). make sure only about an inch sticks out.

then when you do the trick, you eat some string of similar length, put on your constipated face, and act like youre pushing. then unbutton your shirt and pull it out.

theres some stuff that controls the pain/bleeding to make sure you dont die, but besides that yeah just do it.
