Just saying, I read this and it changed my view on OBE's and AP's ever since. I've had a lot of OBE's to date. While in the beginning, they were like this, I quickly realized that the "demons" were just my fears. Once I confronted my fears and overcome them one by one, my OBE's have become things of pure pleasure and help me get through the long days, simply by remembering the bliss and serene wonderfullness of it.

I've been attacked and forced back into my body by black faceless things, old men with claws and endless women who turned into demons. For a while, I'd been scared to sleep at all. The real fight is not fighting them, but fighting yourself. Your own doubts, fears, worries and sadness.
