Funny you found that ^^
This is a specialty from where I live (Bordeaux)
And this is very good! It's cooked with its own blood and red wine to make a very tasty sauce. It's rather expensive but try it if you come ^^
Don't be afraid, you'll never see that face. Actually this fish is so ugly it is even sold without its head... I'm not kidding.
