YO GUYS!! THIS AWSM GUY RIGHT HERE IS GONNA TELL U HAVE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM!!
okey, first, you need to open you mouse settings.
then, there should be many tabs.
press the one on the far right with a red icon next to it. mine is called unitsettings or something. then under that, it should list your touchpad as a mouse.
my touchpad is called "synaptics clickpad"
you then select that device, and press settings. there should be a list of options coming up. and one of them should be"program movements" or something like that.
there should be a setting called "press with 3 fingers" there, u need to uncheck that
ONCE THIS IS DONE, IE WILL NO LONGER OPEN ITSELF!!!
