I will put in spoilers in case some one who does stumbles across. Basically, the angels turn out to be attempting genocide on monsters, and are willing to slaughter some humans to do it. By the end, they are trying to exterminate humans and monsters, and some end up as twisted abominations. I would post a picture, but again, spoilers.
They often rape you in a not-fun way and other times they end up murdering you
Also many of the MGs in that game are more monster than girl, so not exactly appealing
Yeah, originally, I thought there was some kind of downside, so I saved and reloaded for every scene, but whenever you lose, it just sends you back to the beginning of the fight, and if you lose to every monster, and get advice on how to win each fight from the angel, you get a special scene or something, dood.
For full experience, you have to loose from every single move, and then win.. and some moves are only preformed against you on higher difficulty settings..
honestly for such a simple game(there is no character customization, and the 'level grind' is almost entirely linear),, its got alot of variety
Dont worry, there is a 'monster pedia' that shows you everything you missed, and lets you go back to any battle you already won (so you can actually just play to win)
There are some choices however that will bypass certain monstergals so you might want to save every couple fights.
DA-1 click is the whole game in 1 download, and the other is downloading 3 parts and then combining them to make the whole game, dood.
I think there's a tutorial on how to download stuff on the site somewhere.
There are 2, but I don't remember liking them as much since they seem to have really blown their load on monster designs and were stuck mostly with like 4 or 5 different types of the same species of monster, and in the third game they're almost all angel types that are pretty much just humans with wings, dood.
I feel like you are the best person to ask about this Does disgaea get better after the whole space arc? I was loving the hell out of it before its made me go onto a space ship to rescue a party member i just got...it seems like the arc i stopped at was just thrown on really. but is it worth it to keep going or just go to the next game as the games are non-sequiturs
I've actually only played all the way through 3 and the Prinny spin-off games, dood. If the space arc you're talking about is post final boss, then yeah, there's really no reason to keep playing unless you just really like playing the game, it's post game content, of which there's hundreds of hours' worth, but most of it is random dungeons and a couple DLC extra stories and stuff. You can move on after the end of the story if you don't want to grind your characters up to lvl 9999 or do pirating, reverse pirating, item world, char world, land of carnage, house of ordeals, etc., since none of that stuff is really important to the story, dood.
Before you get that version, keep in mind there's a new one that's significantly better in most aspects.
Look up "Monster Girl Quest: Paradox"
It's not as puzzle gamey, it's open-worldish, you can give up fights instead of waiting to get beat down, there's actual combat, and you essentially "collect" monster girls.
on more than one occasion i have been blasting this and my roommates have commented on how they like the song and ask the name "i dont know" isnt going to work again
