thats why things like draw distance and occlusion culling exist. and that image would technically just be cubes with normals and tessellation and standard resolution textures. Basically any game on PC right now. take a look at the witcher 2 on max settings. My computer can run that and it doesnt explode. game engines are designed to render images like that very quickly.

uuh sir, my uncle who works at nasa runs pcs at i9 cores (yes they exist and they are strictly used for governmental purposes) with 4gb dedicated GPUs (to produce those fancy 3d imaging videos) and i got a chance to try Minecraft on it. With Vsync unlocked, i could only get 900 fps, if it were to be around those "gfx" the pc would drop down to an unplayable 5 forsure. Nasa cannot help run the game, no amount of pcs could help run the game, a game with those Gfx could never be ran at this century

those are workstation cards, terrible for gaming, wonderful for 3d modeling and rendering out of CG applications. And no thats not the same as a game engine rendering, they use completely different technology.
